That’s why we offer a risk free guarantee to make returns and exchanges as painless as possible. If after receiving your order, you feel you have purchased the wrong model or size, contact us at returns@vitruvianrunning.com and we will ship a replacement pair to you immediately. We will also include a pre-paid return-shipping label* so the postage is on us! Additionally, if after running in the shoes you decide they aren’t right for you, contact us at returns@vitruvianrunning.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label* to you and we will credit your charge card upon our receipt of your return. We ask that you return shoes in the original packaging as soon as you realize there’s a problem.

There are sometimes extenuating circumstances. Contact us and we’ll work with you to sort them out.

*Pre-paid return shipping is available on regularly priced footwear only. Clearance priced items may be returned or exchanged with customer paid return shipping.
